Wines in this collection pay homage to the founding farm settlers who were granted local properties through deeded papers by the Crown. Our property, deeded Lot 171, is now home to varietals like Riesling and Vidal which can be used to produce wines that are food-friendly and ready to drink now.
This blend of two classic grape varieties, Gewürztraminer & Riesling, create a wine with bright fruit flavours and a refreshing acidity. This food friendly wine is best when served chilled and paired with seafood, fish or fowl.
After spending 9 months in oak, this Cabernet Franc shows elegant notes of black cherry, vanilla and spice. A food friendly wine with soft velvety tannins and a lingering finish.
For our late harvest wines we rely on the pure varietal flavours to shine through. A late autumn harvest of the Vidal ensures rich ripe aromas and flavours of peach and exotic fruits.
A late harvest of our Estate grown Riesling grapes ensures rich aromas and flavours of apricot and honey.
The Cabernet Late Harvest, our owner's favourite Late Harvest wine, provides rich ripe aromas and flavours of strawberry and blackberry.
